At Pimpama City Dental Centre, we strive to deliver exceptional dental care to all our patients in a timely manner. As such. when you schedule an appointment with us and that time has been set aside especially for you, we respectfully ask that you adhere to our cancellation policy.

We kindly request that you provide us with 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule you appointment. This gives us adequate time to re-allocate your appointment time to another patient who may be in urgent need of dental treatment.

Any missed appointments or cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee of $100.

Medicare's Child Dental Benefit Schedule

Under Medicare’s Child Dental Benefit Schedule, eligible children will receive up to $1000 towards dental treatment over a two year period. Most dental treatment, including check-ups, cleans, fillings and extractions are claimable under the scheme. Our Gold Coast Dental Centres offer a bulk billing service for the Child Dental Benefit Schedule, which means there will be no out-of-pocket costs up to this limit.
